Thank you for visiting InnOurHome.com. Should you choose to purchase from us, you have our assurance that we will make every effort to fulfill your order efficiently and properly.

However, in the event that you encounter a problem with all or part of your order and would like to make a return, please contact our Customer Service Department by email within 30 days of receipt to inform us of your situation.

You may return any unused item for a full refund provided that you return it to us in its original condition within this 30 day period. We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs, unless one of the following circumstances is applicable:

-Received item(s) defective in manufacture
-Received item(s) damaged in shipping
-Received incorrect item(s)

When you call, please let us know if you intend on shipping your InnOurHome.com gift to a destination outside of the United States. We will calculate the shipping cost outside of the continental U.S. based on the size and weight of the item you are shipping and your desired destination.

Those costs, which, depending upon the factors mentioned above, are generally in the range of $10-30.

We use the United States Postal Service only when shipping outside of the continental U.S. These shipping costs will be added to the total of your purchase.

1. Check - If you prefer to pay by check please make the check out to InnOurHome Inc. Be sure to include the product name, item #, price, quantity and shipping address. New York State residents - please add appropriate county sales tax.

2. Money Order - See instructions for 'Check' above.
